Incorrect HR

Hello folks,
The OpenOx-USB-Output prints an incorrect heart rate.,
SPO2 is close to actual, but HR is way off:

Chip: AFE4400RHAR
Board: Protocentral OpenOx ESP32 v1.1

Any pointers on what parameters to tweak?
One thing to try would be to increase the LED current.
