Stream API down + Collection Offer Error: “The collection has multiple contracts”

Hi OpenSea team,

I'm experiencing two major issues while using your APIs:

Stream API appears to be down
I'm unable to receive any events or data from the Stream API. It's been unresponsive for a while now.
Collection Offer Creation Error
When trying to create collection offers, I frequently receive the following error:
"The collection has multiple contracts"
This seems to affect approximately 20% of slugs on OpenSea, even though these collections appear to function normally on the front end. This makes it impossible to automate offers on many valid collections.
Please investigate both of these issues and advise on a resolution. If any workarounds exist for the multiple contract issue during offer creation, kindly share them.

We are upgrading the stream API in our backend so it is currently under maintenance, it should be resolved soon, maybe by end of week.

Can you give an example of "The collection has multiple contracts" with a collection that has support for collection offers on opensea.io?
