CiviSEPA collections have incomplete financial transactions #524
Description
It seems that with the recent CiviCRM versions, the financial transactions (underlying the contributions) have a missing payment instrument, when created by CiviSEPA.
This only seems to happen for the first transaction of a contribution, though, the following ones are fine.
