Need an installation procedure

To those who have the time to write it 😉 , it lacks an installation procedure.
In particular, a procedure to install the prerequisite library php-coda-parser.

short version:
2. if you don't have PHP composer, install it

1. download extension
2. got into extension folder
3. run composer install
4. if there isn't any errors, you should be good to go
