Improving the contact us page and adding the home, about etc icons to the nav bar , changing the footer colour in dark mode

In dark mode the contact us section the text and the background have no space also adding the home, about etc icons to the nav bar. Also changing the colour of the footer in dark mode.

Please assign me this work under GSSOC'24.
