3.0 breaking changes

This is a long-lived GitHub issue to track breaking changes resulting from the 3.0 release

• no such table: threads trying out marvin 3.0 #1073
  • use rm -rf ~/.marvin.db to delete your old database (or back it up) and upgrade to 3.0.1
