Feature: Audit System

This feature should provide a framework for application components to log events of actions triggered by both automation and users.

The idea is to create a structured log of events related to changes of stored data to permit future audits of actions performed. Furthermore, each log event should contain the appropriate references to associate the event to a specific entity.
