Feature: OAuth Integration

This feature should provide the underlying authentication system with the ability to utilize an OAuth provider as a source of truth for authentication and authorization information.

This feature should be implemented with a "pluggable" framework to allow for easy and uniform addition of more OAuth providers in the future. Initially, the following providers should be supported:

• Google
• GitHub
• OpenID Connect
