Steam item links in #finished-map-links are incorrectly formatted

In the thread created for one of Phosphorus's maps, the bot misformatted the link to open the map in the steam app:

The link needs to be https://electrovoyage.github.io/steamitem?id=3433027917, but instead it is https://electrovoyage.github.io/steamitemtag (with part of Phosphorus's original message) + https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3433027917
