웹소켓 중복 연결 방지

📌 개요

• 두번 이상 접속을 하면 이전에 접속된 웹소켓은 disconnect되게 구현했습니다.

연결끊기고 프론트에게 넘기는 정보

💻 작업사항

• connect로 웹소켓 연결시 내 user객체를 갖고있는 clinet객체를 검사
• 같은 client객체가 있다면 'type' : double_user를 해당 clinet의 channel_name으로 전송
• 해당 clinet의 def double_user에서 self.close(4003)으로 연결 해제
