Adding Kinect V1/V2 Support to the PlusServer app

I'm trying to add Kinect V1 device and Im trying to build from Pluslib repo , since i have not much of coding knowledge i use AI assisted coding with Cursor agent , im trying to copy the azure kinect implementation and setup everything as per the build instructions md file and also this tutorial - https://plustoolkit.github.io/devicecode , the implementation works with placeholder/simulation but when i link the actual SDK build throws errors , currently im stuck with this error - The GenerateColorFrame() and GenerateDepthFrame() functions are declared as void but return PLUS_FAIL , can someone help
