New Version throws Error 0xc0000142 [PlusApp-2.9.0.20250613-Clarius-Win64.exe]

Hi,
I recently updated from the version PlusApp-2.9.0.20240227-Clarius-Win64 to the latest release. Since then, whenever I try to launch fcal.exe, I receive the following error:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142).
Click OK to close the application.

Everything worked fine with the previous version. I haven't found any quick fix or workaround that resolves this. Is there any known compatibility issue or dependency missing in the newer version?
