Cannot reproduce results - F1 scores are always 0 on MasakhaNER2.0

Hi @ihungalexhsu @TanmayParekh , I tried projecting data on MasakhaNER2.0 with CLaP but scores are always 0.0. Did you face this in any experiment ?
