Gamma_c in velasco's paper requires gamma_c which is the arctan(radial drift /binormal drift). The small gamma_c can be used an intermediate quantity for the rest of the Gamma's.
Moreover, we also need to plot the small gamma_c without calculating Gamma_c. Currently this is addressed by #1529
