BUG - Review in conclusion isn't filled if doing it in one go from review page

"Yo dev, I got a bug i often see. When you do a courses, you put a review, then do the final, all in one shot, then get to the conclusion and at this point the review on the 4 retangle flow, aren't filled. yuou need to refresh your browser or do it again. 
could we be sure it get accounted even tho we don't change browser action ?"
