New interface - Learn anytime homepages #1626

New homepage of self-paced courses only on the new interface.
Teacher-led courses will be displayed on a different page.
Front only, except for one back-end/data improvement : the differentiation between practice and theory classes.
The idea is to be able to filter courses depending on whether they are practical or theoretical. @Asi0Flammeus can this parameter be added to the data of each course? and are you ready to put that into place (or all courses clearly defined as practical VS theoretical ?) TBD next Monday or before if needed.
