I recognize this might be a bad choice that we revert. It makes the "download zip" very large. |

Let's just count this one as a failed experiment. The single video was way to large and was easily going to eat up the limits. |

I added/installed Git LFS for large objects to better manage some of the larger files (videos) that I added with the seamless-launch-spinner example. This will also be useful if we add other large files, like images and videos in the future. We get 2GB of LFS storage with the 'free' plan we are on.
