OpenAPI Docs occassionally present "invalid_grant" error

Sometimes when authenticating via the "Authorize" button on the OpenAPI docs, an error occurs:

Bad Request, error: invalid_grant

Refreshing the page and clicking "Authorize" again makes the error go away but the cause of this error should be chased down.
