I tried to install this to SillyTavern using the "Install Extension" button in SillyTavern. But it tells me there is no manifest.json. I see there is no manifest.json in this project. I'm not sure how to install it.

It's not an extension. You have to manually edit your files with files from this folder: https://github.com/Ph0rk0z/fish-speech-silly/tree/main/tools/SillyTavern
