I've spent about 20 minutes trying to find a solid confirmation on this or the option somewhere and haven't found anything posted in at least a year on the topic. Does this/will this in the very near future support scheduled/recurring tickets? That is a critical feature of any ticketing system IMO but I don't see it available after setting this up. Without that, this is just a basic todo list with some metrics.
Otherwise, UI looks fairly nice, throws some weird errors sometimes but I would like to continue using this if it supports the features I need.
