Add ability to filter input data for non-BIDS derivatives

Summary

For ingression of DCAN, UK Biobank, or HCP derivatives, XCP-D will convert all of the data in a given subject's folder, even if there's a BIDS filter in place. Two options would be to either accept a glob pattern for input data or use the BIDS filter file as part of the ingression step.
