`cubic group` doesn't work with BIDS URIs in fmap IntendedFor

Summary

When running cubic group on fmap data with IntendedFor as a list of BIDS URIs, none of the fmap get VARIANT groups in summary.tsv, and the HasFieldmap column for targets (func, etc.) is all FALSE.
