Library loading now needed in yaml

With this new version, I've removed the loading of the tesla-ble library from the base.yml file and you now need to explicitly load it from your yaml. I've done this so that it's easier to load a different version of the library if needed. You now need the following lines in the esphome section of your yaml. The example yaml has been updated accordingly. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
