Migrate content and deploy the website to pecanproject.github.io

At present the website is deployed to (https://pecanproject.github.io/web/). Before deploying it on https://pecanproject.github.io, we need to complete some tasks-

• Migrate content from current website
  • Fill all the profiles in the people page.
  • Remove placeholder text from homepage
  • Migrate individual events under News to something like a blog
    • workshop info can be migrated to a blog post
• Deploy
  • Adjust docusaurus config

What is the new domain name the website will deploy on?

The two domain name seems to be the same.

Ok I got it we have to take all data from previous website and integrate in new website which we made , am I right .

@Bamistand domain is pecanproject.org; pecanproject.github.io is just where we host it now. I don't know how but I gather we can forward / mirror rather than redirect pecanproject.org to pecanproject.github.io using the CNAME once the website is deployed.
