Fixed Navbar Issue in Documentation Pages for All Releases After "Latest Code Documentation"

The documentation pages for all releases listed after "Latest Code Documentation" previously did not have a navbar, making navigation inconsistent across different versions. Users had to rely on manual navigation or external links to switch between versions, which was not ideal for a seamless documentation experience.
