Payment complete on Stripe but not on app

Hello guys,

I have a slight odd issue, wondering if you have experience this?

So I am using Stripe checkout session to take payments on my app, when I do some reporting, I have found out I have some payments complete on Stripe but not marked as complete on my app?

Its like customer completed the stripe checkout, but it did not get back to the order confirmation page so order can be marked as paid into the system.

This happens to a few orders not all, is there anything that I can do to improve this process, or do have you experienced anything like this?

I also noticed a slowness on the Stripe page, its taking quite some time to complete 10 - 15 secs?
