What is the behaviour in-game?

Requirements:

2x The Consuming Dark
2x The Pyre
Cold Snap of Power

All enemies hit get poisoned correctly.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Cold Snap of Power shows 100% Chance to Poison on Hit but the Poison Stacks are always 0, the calculation shows that it gets multiplied by 0.00 poison chance.

How to reproduce the issue

Equipping 2x The Consuming Dark, 2x The Pyre and using Cold Snap of Power
