Spellslinger reservation calculation ignoring support gems

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Activating spellslinger - flame wall - awak burning damage - awak elemental focus - control destruction - awak swift affliction while socketed in a victarios influence reserves 32.47% mana.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

The reservation in POB shows the spellslinger reservation as 9.8%. It appears to be ignoring the mana multipliers from supports.

How to reproduce the issue

Socket spellslinger - flame wall - awak burning damage - awak elemental focus - control destruction - awak swift affliction in a victarios influence chest piece. In game the reservation is 32.47% - POB shows the reservation as 9.8%
