Gemling - Galvanic Shards and Shockburst Rounds DMG Calculation wrong

What is the value from the calculation in-game?

I have replicated my char and the dmg numbers are off for both of these abilities. See details below.

How to reproduce the issue

It's just off. For my other friend who is doing same build as me on his gemling as well. Might be something related to HOWA?

How is 24,532 close to 19,916? I mean that's pretty far off.

I changed some items and my passive tree a bit and updated it on POB and still wrong :\

I didn't specify, but I was referring to the base values.
Physical Damage = 21 to 83 (POB), 21 to 85 (Game)
Lightning Damage = 234 to 2950 (POB), 244 - 2961 (Game)

Just to add on to this, I have the same issue with my Witchhunter character with the same skills and HoWA/Morior. Interestingly, my Unbuffed values are closer to what's shown in-game (but still off).

@stillcenter @zero0018 I ended up discovering why it is so different despite the base values ​​being similar, currently the curse of conductivity is in effect in the calculations if disabled it reaches a value close to the game.
