Spiral Volley gains additional damage from Barrage in PoB, when it shouldn't

What is the behaviour in-game?

An activated Barrage will not be consumed upon attacking with Spiral Volley - unlike other Bow Attacks, like Snipe.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Path of Building assumes that Barrage's additional attacks / volleys apply to the skill Spiral Volley, multiplying its damage by a significant and otherwise correct amount.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Add the skill Spiral Volley
2. (Optionally, enable Frenzy Charges in the Config)
3. Add the skill Barrage
4. Notice that Spiral Volley's damage increases significantly
5. Realise it doesn't work this way in-game, Spiral Volley doesn't consume Barrage
