Support for specific damage dealing not from skills. #1049

- I've checked for duplicate open and closed issues by using the search function of the issue tracker
What platform are you running Path of Building on?

Is your feature request related to a problem?
There is a charm called "Beira's Anguish Dousing Charm" (Ignite Enemies in Presence as though dealing Fire damage equal to 500% of your maximum Life when used)
The whole build is made so that the charm effect deals damage, but adding calculation to the pob is not possible (or I'm stupid).
Describe the solution you'd like
Maybe add the ability to set your own skill, and not from those presented in the game. Or add this particular charm to the damage calculation
