As far as I can tell, the explosion from multiple Rapid Assault spears is counted as one hit. Tested with the always poison / unlimited poison spear. Stacked 5 spears, detonated them, only one poison was applied.
Now for PoB, if you include Rapid Assault in Full DPS, it only counts the hits. It doesn't calculate the bleed from all spears combined.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a skill option to choose how many spears you have stuck in an enemy to calculate bleed.
