Wrong default number of project builds if BOM is empty

Describe the bug
When I open the Build-Tab of a Project with an empty BOM I get the "green" sign "Build possible" with the message "You have enough parts on stock, to build 9223372036854775807 pieces of this project.

Expected behavior
It should be checked if the BOM is empty or the Number of projects to be build is empty. Maybe initializing the value of the field Number of Projects to be build with 1 could also help.

While fixing some typos in Crowdin I saw that it should be the variable "max_builds".

I've tried to fix it, but I don't know how I can get the unit Id in the messages.en.xlf, do I have to create the string in crowdin and then export the messages.en.xlf and upload to my fork?
