Description
Under part information,
- Rename the English "Shopping information" tab to "Pricing".
- Add a refresh button to each entry
- Show last refresh date to the left, under the distributor, rather than requiring clicking on the lightbulb to the right
- Permit adding distributor pricing without merging all part info (via tools or a +Add button at the bottom)
- Add an "extended price" column to the right that's unit price times quantity
- Rename "minimum amount" to "quantity" (the minimum quantity being found on the first row)
- In general, "amount" generally refers to money while "quantity" refers to part count (English)
- Why are there two columns with the same unit price, always?
- With the minimum qty being 0%, show a "discount" column that shows the volume discount, in percent; for example, dropping from $1 to $0.80 is a 20% discount
- Similarly, add a percentage for the "extended price" with the min qty being 100%, that shows increase in total amount; so for example $100 to $125 is 125%, 25% or +25%.
- The percentages is something most of us I think ballpark when we look at pricing anyway, so let the computer do it
- Add a column for "availability" - this could show something like "12345 in stock", "10000 expected in 9 weeks", or "nonstocked, lead time 12 weeks" (at least add the easily obtained stock number for lowest hanging fruit)
- Show packing info to the left, for example "cut tape" or "reel". This is currently buried under parameters. Although it's something the provider delegate would need to provide since different distributors can use different parameter keys.
- If the quantity on a row exceeds stock, flag it (like a small icon)
(Some of these obviously only apply to the English translation.)
