How to migrate parts from one instance to another?

How to migrate part from one instance to another instance of partdb, one is usign sqlite and another myql?

I have never really done that and there is no automatic way to do it.
The most complete way is probably to export all the data of one SQL database (only the data not the structure as this is db dependant) and insert it into a new (empty database).

You probably need to disable foreign key checks to avoid integrety errors for the time of the insertion.
