Download attachments once

I have a database consisting of over 1000 parts. All data sheets are links to external sources. If for some reason I want to run the database offline in the future:
Is there a way to download all attachments at once?

With the upcoming 1.17 version, there is the php bin\console partdb:attachments:download console command, to download all external attachments at once.

Is there a way to redo this? I had the files downloaded, but it seems i lost some. the partdb:attachments:download says there are no files to download, how can I tell it to do them anyway?
