Need Help: Install dependencies for Part-DB and build frontend

Trying to install Part-DB 14.1.0 on a Debian 11 VM using the installation procedures outlined on docs.part-db, at least UNTIL I reach the "Install dependencies for Part-DB and build frontend" step.

I submitted a bug report under the 'Issues' section, hoping there might be a resolution to this. Anyone else get stuck at this point? If it's something I overlooked then I'm definately will to learn. Thx!
