Offline Installation

Hello everybody,
First of all thank you for your great work! I am trying to install Part-DB to my internet-closed offline Windows computer. I managed to get the docker image jbtronics/part-db1 to the offline. I also could run the engine with this image. But, when I try to run docker-compose up -d command, nothing happens. Command window awaits. I could not find a document which refers offline installation. If you could help me I will be gratefull.

I succeed to running container partdb. Even if I got the password, I can't reach to part-db on 127.0.0.1:8080. What can I do? Thank you for your help.
