Update parrot utm build for apple silicon

the parrot download link for the parrot security edition for utm(Apple Silicon) is still 5.3 and normally I would just run sudo parrot-upgrade however, it adds a significant amount of data to the file size when I run the command making the file about 15 gb. so it would be nice to download a premade 6.0 parrot vm for utm
