Why macOS Catalina only?

I use macOS Catalina 10.15.4 so its fine, but I like to know why only support Catalina?
I think Paragon Network Firewall is a front end of the PF CLI present also in Sierra and Mojave, but probably I'm wrong.
I think it maybe useful if developer public more information about the functionality of the Paragon Firewall for Mac.

Program uses Network Extension framework under the hood which available starting macOS Catalina.

@evictor correct. I can confirm the app works great on macOS Sonoma.
