Bug Report: Incorrect DataGrid Pagination

Describe the bug
DataGrid pagination is not working correctly on the Admin's People page. When clicking "Next," there is an inconsistency between the serial numbers and the corresponding member details.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login as admin
2. Visit People page
3. click on next
4. Incorrect DataGrid Pagination occour as described in screenShorts

Expected behavior
Correct DataGrid Pagination sync.

Actual behavior
Serial Numbers and Member Rows Misaligned.
