The unit test PublisherSpec fails randomly in Travis CI.

The unit test for PublisherSpec "The confirm publisher actor should nack all messages if it dies" occasionally fails on the Travis CI pipeline.

Thanks for having a look at this, Pavel. I must have posted an incorrect link 😊.
This link shows the test that fails randomly. It rarely fails but I guess it should never fail unless the code is broken.

OK, I will take a look deeper into PublisherSpec to see if I understand something...
Looks that "should nack all messages if it dies" sometimes fails.

What about two ignored tests - are they ignored for a reason? Do they fail randomly too?
