您好，这个依赖于PaddleVideo插件，可以通过paddlex --install PaddleVideo的方式安装，二次开发可以参考视频检测模块的文档 https://paddlepaddle.github.io/PaddleX/latest/module_usage/tutorials/video_modules/video_detection.html#_4， 产线一般只介绍推理，二次开发需要转到模块文档。
