类似于这样的表格，识别出来的结果会是标题1、a、b、标题2、标题3、c、标题4、d，就是会有一个结果不是从上到下、从左到右的。这个问题该怎么处理啊

还有我发现这个表格ocr识别有个特殊的问题，就是表格上下两行如果开头有部分字母相同，就会漏检下面的
