Plot with multiple samples.

Thank you for developing this excellent tool. I'd like to create plots with multiple samples using trgt plot, but this functionality doesn't appear to be available in the current version.

If you mean inputting multiple samples at once within the same trgt plot command, then that is indeed not yet possible. Currently you will have to run trgt plot for each sample individually.
