RESEARCH: Replace patched S3 plugin #244
Description
We have other options for offloading media files to S3 than our unsupported patched plugin. The one I have been using for DT plugin development environment seems to work well and is still being maintained (WP Offload Media Lite). Need to look at what configuration needs to be done to align it with where media is currently being stored in S3, and make sure that old contents media will continue to be accessible or needs some type of migration.
