Hey How to reply to a tweet with a tweet with media

So I want to reply to a tweet with a media or an image along with its tweetContent ,How can I do this
Is this the right way
await v1Client.reply(tweetContent,parentTweetId,{ media_ids: mediaId });
If yes will it require elevated access since I am getting this error while doing so
