Style of MAN, AUTO BW, MEM icons

Would it be possible to make the style of the icons in the frequency readout box selectable between the balloon style of the previous versions, and the block style of the current beta?
Some prefer the classic style of the earlier releases.

Could this this selection be part of the "frequency font" menu item? If so it could be part of the "classic" font selection.
