Enhance RT-function

It would be great to show RT A and B content like it is done on FM DX webserver and in TEF Logger App:

So keep RT A present in the first row as long as RT B is transmitted, then keep RT B in the second row as long as RT A is transmitted and so on.

I know, not enough space on the screen... It might be possible on extended RDS-view if we kill the AF-row. AF are displayed much better in AF-view.

Of course, but it would be present anyway.

The better place would be on the main screen but I have no idea where to place without completely rearranging the whole screen.

Ticker will be way too long to show both A and B message.

What if we only display it in advanced RDS mode and there use as second line the AF part? AFs are much better on the AF screen anyway.
