Shall we add (when Wifi is off)? Otherwise, we will still get enough questions why there is no battery icon during Wifi connection.

We already changed it, when wifi is on, battery indicator is gone. Also this will be noted on the Wiki. I think adding this to the translation will cause issues in other languages where more chars are needed.
